Super Smash Bros meele?

I think u mean 4, cuz nobody ever counts the original for the 64, and I think I heard that they're creating a new one. But it'll probably take awhile, seeing as how it has to have even more stuff than brawl, which had a lot of stuff.

In which worlds can Mario lose his hat in Mario 64?

Mario can lose his hat from the bird in Shifting Sand Land and can lose his hat from the wind blasting from the snowman at Snowman Land.

How do you get the snowman body in the Nintendo 64?

The snowman's body won't stop rolling until either he goes off the edge or until he hits the snowman's head. If he goes off the edge, you can go back up to the start and try again. If he hits the snowman's head, then you can stand in front of the (now) completed snowman and get a star.

(Note:It helps to slide down and get the snowman's head between yourself and the body)

How do you delete data from a Nintendo 64 memory card?

In order to erase previously saved data on a memory card for the Nintendo 64, you have to hold the start button while you turn on the N64 game system with the game cartridge in it. It should direct you to the Memory Card Manager. From there you can see all the game saves and data stored on the card. All you have to do now is select the games/data files you want to delete.

Is a game pack and a memory card the same thing for Nintendo 64?

Not quite. A game pack could refer to either the Cartridge placed into the Nintendo 64 directly and is used to store the game's data, or the attachment that is placed on the back of the N64 controller. A memory card is the unit that saves the altered data for the game. There are two types of memory cards for the Nintendo 64 games, the built-in memory storage that is included in many of the N64 game Cartridges, and the memory pack, this is an attachment for the controller itself, and is used for any games that require a save feature for your profile, but do not have one installed in the Cartridge (an example game would be Gex 64, it requires that you save, but cannot save the game in the cartridge).

Which console is better ps1 or n64?

It's a matter of opinion rather than which is actually better.

From past experience my N64 has been much more reliable compared to multiple PS and PS1's I have owned. (PS Skinny and PS Fat)

I actually prefare the games on the N64 mostly because they're nostalgic and I enjoy the games available exclusively to N64.

How do you fix a Nintendo 64's sound but no image problem?

Check the connections to the TV. Also, there's a chance your contact pins could be dirty. Check with multiple games to see if it's just one game or the entire system. Either way, there may be cleaning kits out there. Don't blow on the contacts, though, because the moisture in your breath can make them corrode.

There are many solution, try one of them and see which will work for you.

  1. Remove the expansion pack and put it back in.
  2. Blow on the cartridge and on the cartridge slot.
  3. try a different game.
  4. try different cables
  5. cleaning the connections on the game with a q-tip and isopropyl

hopefully one of these trick will work.

How do you win metal Mario in Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 64?

The game doesn't really have a storyline or plot to beat. However, there are numerous features that can be unlocked, like trophies, extra game modes, and even hidden characters.

All the hidden characters can be unlocked by playing Multi-Player battles long enough (or by leaving the GameCube power on for close to 24 hours and then playing a Multi-Player battle), although some will show up after specific challenges. However the character is unlocked, after completing the task, the character's silhouette will appear and you will be forced to defeat the new character to unlock it. If you cannot beat it, you will be forced to play another Multi-Player battle to bring the character back and defeat it. If unlocked by some other method, completing that method again will bring the challenger back.

After all hidden characters are unlocked, All-Star mode will be available in Single Player mode.

Completing all the Single Player modes with all characters will unlock all the character trophies, essential to completing the trophy collection. Getting certain distances in the Home-Run Contest and certain times in the Break the Targets stage will unlock other trophies. There are also various miscellaneous trophies acquired through some very random methods, like having save data from other GameCube games on the memory card with the Melee save.

As the characters are filled out, all the hidden stages will unlock. The special stages will be unlocked upon the completion of the Event Mode challenges.

Trophies will also appear randomly through the different stages in Adventure Mode, as well as in the Collect the Trophies stage in Classic Mode.

As certain features are unlocked, there will be a cumulative list of accomplishments detailing everything you've unlocked to that point.

Once everything is unlocked, you've essentially beaten the game. It's still great for beating up on your friends' avatars, though.

How do you turn on your n64 GameShark?

You place the Game Shark in the console first, than place the desired game into the top of the Game Shark. After this you turn on the system. If you have a newer version of a Game Shark than you should see a blue title screen saying Game Shark with the logo.

If you don't see this, than chances are you have an older version Game Shark and it won't for every game, but it will still work for a majority of them.

What is a Nintendo 64 Controller Pak used for?

By Game Pak i'm going to assume you are referring to a controller pak or memory pak. What the controller pak is is a saving device for games you play that require external memory. Normally a controller pak contains 123 pages and games can range from needing 1 page to some that need all 123 pages.

There are however the Jump pak and the Expansion Pak for an N64, I may have mistaken your question if it was in regards to one of these.

How do you delete the memory on an expansion pak on the Nintendo 64?

Nintendo has a special tool specifically made for removing the expansion pak from the system. You can find them on eBay and amazon. However, when I wanted to remove mine I didnt feel like taking the time or spending the money to order one. What I did was take a butter knife, insert it behind the pak (side closest to the game slot), and gently lift it out. Hope this helps.

How do you connect a Nintendo 64 to the computer through a tuner card?

First, you'll have to buy a tuner card. I suggest you get one that comes bundled with software, because chances are the software will record whatever comes into the card (which is what I guess you're trying to do). Keep in mind that the card will have to fit in your computer (I'm assuming you're using a PC). You'll have to open the case and look at the expansion slot area. An expansion slot is one of those blank panels on the back of your computer, usually at the bottom. Check with an online resource to determine what expansion slots you have. You usually have either AGP or PCI. Make sure to buy a tuner card that fits into whatever you have (PCI is usually faster). After buying the card, check if you need to install the software before or after the card is installed. Follow the instructions accordingly. If you need help installing the card, look online, ask a friend, or make the friend do it for you. After the card and software is installed, go to the manufacturer's website and look for driver updates. A driver is a piece of software that allows to hardware and the computer to communicate effectively. Once your card is set up, you will have to huddle your PC next to your N64 or vice versa. Plug in the power cables for your N64 into the wall or power strip, the RCA cables into the tuner card on your PC, and any controllers into the N64, then turn it on. Mess with the software until you see your game. (I apologize for not having specific instructions as software varies among manufacturers). Can't see the gameplay witht the software? Consult the software's help file or look for help on the manufacturer's website. Sick of the software? Unfortunately, Windows (at least XP) doesn't come with special software for TV tuners, so you'll have to use third-party programs (programs from some manufacturer). Thanks for the question and I hope this information helps!

What is a game pak for Nintendo 64?

That's just what they call the game cartridge, a "game pak." I don't know why Nintendo opted to refer to their cartridges that way, but they've been calling them that for years. ~Xeo

What year did Nintendo 64 come out?

June 1996

The Nintendo 64 was first released in Japan on June 23rd, 1996. The North American release followed on September 29th, 1996. Later the console would receive it's European, and Australian release on March 1st, 2007.

What to do if your nintendo 64 wont turn on?

The first step is to make sure there are no corroded cords/plugs/outlets and no unplugged cords. Then, make sure everything is hooked up in its proper place. If all is said and done, then it may be the N64 itself, and not the cords.

those are good steps to follow. I'll add a few more to help improve your chances of getting the Nintendo 64 to turn on again:

  1. There maybe a problem with the power cord: sometimes a bad power cord could cause the Nintendo 64 not turning on. Check the wall outlet and verify that the power cord is properly inserted. If there is an extra cord around, swap the cord with another working power cord. Sometimes swapping the cord will fix the problem. Check the breaker in your home to ensure that the power outlet in use is active. Reset the breaker if necessary. Try another power outlet in another room.
  2. Worse case scenario - bad circuit board: If the Nintendo 64 does nothing and has no response to the power switch being turned on, it may need a new circuit board. Or there maybe a solder weld or component loose on the circuit board. Take the Nintendo to a repair shop or DIY.

DIY Circuit Board Repair:

  1. Remove the expansion pack cover.
  2. Remove the expansion pack using a flat head screwdriver or a small spoon.
  3. Remove the six screws with a Nintendo N64 Security Screwdriver.
  4. Remove the front round feet.
  5. Lift up the top cover.
  6. Remove the 14 screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
  7. Now take out the metal plate: go back and then upward.
  8. Remove the two screws from the expansion pack slot connector using a Phillipp's screwdriver, remove the LED screw using the same screwdriver.
  9. Remove the small metal bracket from the expansion pack slot connector, and then take out the small metal bracket from the front of the expansion near the expansion slot <- Use a flat head screwdriver for that.
  10. Lift the small metal bracket using a flat head screwdriver.
  11. Remove the seven phillips head screws with a phillips screwdriver, and lift the metal plate. Now you can see the circuit board.
  12. In the rear of the Nintendo 64 near the edges of the circuit board there is 4 Phillips head screws - remove each one. Now the circuit board will come out.
  13. Look it over closely on both sides - find any loose components or broken solder welds and repair.

How do you hook up nintendo64 to a lcd tv?

Connect the MOO cables (the ones with red, yellow, and white ends) to the inputs on the TV (same color as cables) then hook up the N64's power cable to an outlet and connect the controllers. Turn on the N64 and put in the game, turn on the TV and go to the channel the N64 is on (this can be anywhere from 1-7), and you should be ready to go!
