The lever beside the drivers seat lifts for opening the boot and you push down on that lever to open the fuel cover.
You need to remove the dash console panel and access from there. Take the top tray out, then unscrew stereo and then the air/heating panel, and take it from there.
A Nissan Pulsar GTIR 2.0 Turbo 4x4 typically goes for around the £4,000 mark. The car was produced about 20 years ago (1993/1994) and so is very dated, now.
" The Pulsar starter is located centrally, underneath the engine close to the passenger compartment." According to my car, the E16i engine, it is on the drivers side of the engine below/behind the distributor.

It doesn't have an actual fill per say... you have to fill it where your speedo cable goes into the tranny. near the back you should have to use a 10mm socket to remove the bolt from the speedo cable and then easy peasy. all you need is a long funnel because everything is in the way. hope that helps

i believe the speakers are 6 by 4 inch. If you plan on replacing the speakers in them you will have to drill holes as the current screw holes are set in a triangle and as most new speakers come in a square hole design.

The spark plug gap for a 1998 Nissan Pulsar with the 1.8L L4 is .044-inches. The Nissan OE plug for this application is the NGK Laser Platinum part#4045.
If the fuses and bulbs are all good, replace the flasher. there might be two. If that doesn't do it then it's probably the turn signal switch. Check for voltage at the wiring harness coming into the steering column with a test light. You should have a steady light with the key on. turn on the signal for one side. You should have a wire that will blink the test light. If you do then you have a bad connection somewhere close. if you don't then you have an open circuit from the fuse box. Hope this helps.
The first thing I would do is to take the shift lever cover off to make shure it is not broken. Then crawl under the car to make shure the linkage is not broken where it connects to the shifter under the car. next i would look at the top of the transmission on the driver to check the other end of the linkage. if the linkage moves when you shift gears then the problem is in the transmisssion. At that point push it down a hill into the weeds and buy a new car.
