Well, it's a matter of opinion.

Many people can explain away the anomalies that sometimes happen with a Ouija board away, but then some people, who believe in spirits and such believe it works.

So, i guess what I'm saying, is if you believe that using a Ouija board will contact spirits, then yes, yes it does work.

From what I heard, you quickly move the planchette to GOODBYE and then flip the board over. Then, If you want, after a minute or two, you can pass some burning white sage over it. That is what I have heard, and recommend. For better protection, burn some white candles while playing the Ouija Board.

the answers are shown by a glass moving over a letter to spell a word, the answer hello means the spirit has joined your prescense and goodbye means the spirit has left.

when focusing over the words male / female, it can be seen that the spirit is as shown; male / female.

however when the words are viewed, and it becomes apparent that the words do not make sense in english, this could mean that either a spirit is playing a trick and not positioning the glass correctly. or maybe the spirit could not spell when they were alive, and they cant spell so well now.
