Usually drug tests only test for the metabolite of opiates in your urine. So yes oxycodone will show up in a urine based drug test. Demerol being fully synthetic on the other hand may not.

i am currently taking endone 5mg which is (oxycodone) normally i have 2 of them which takes 1.5 to 2 hours to feel the effects, and that is enough to make me totally relaxed but it is only for a short period of time say 1.5 to 2.5 hours, so taking a 15mg would be even more i recommend you have a lower dosage or just take 1 only of course depending on your circumstance's!

I guess it can. depending on size of person and ammount chewed. it says right on the bottle not too, and the docs know more then me, but by chewing your Oxycontin all its doing is turning it into oxycodone IR, and yes those can kill you too. a 90lb girl who is percribed 80 mg's a day by aking 1 40mg in the am and another in the pm and instead chews 240MGS right when she gets up yea it could kill her. shoot ive been perscribed oxycodoneIR 30MGs for 2 years and weigh 210 and would die if i chewed up 14 of them or 400 MGs, but that's just crazy. by taking the 90 MG's of oxy IR im basically chewing up a Oxycontin 80 plus some and im fine. The only time it gets scary is when some1 is perscribed both oxycodone IR and Oxycontin because the IR will hit u right away like its supposed too however so will the oxy wic is supposed to take about 8-12 hours instead of the 20 min itd take by chewing them so if u took your 3 30mg oxycodone IR's in the AM with your 2 Oxycontin 80's and chewed them you body would get 270 MG's in 20min instead of 90 for the 1st 20 min then about 10 mg's and hour on the 80's so it would take 16 hours for you to take in what would hit you in 20 minute if you chew them, but its not unheard of by any means. some legit users do it, and almost 100 percent of the abusers shoot or sniff them which cant be any better then chewwing them so just be easy with it chew a litle and see how you feel before u take more if your going to do it.

No, both are analgesic.. but they're not "equivalent" in efficiency.. oxycodone, at the same dosage, is twice more powerful than morphine.

Some drug tests will spot it, but if you have a current prescription, and bring in proof, it will not count as a "positive" for most purposes, including job-seeking.
