You can use Clove oil which taste pretty bad but it instantly relieves pain.

Depends entirely on the patient and his/her opiate tolerance level, but 125mcg every 48hrs isn't uncommon, nor is it a lot compared to other patients (myself included). 48mg Hydromorphone is hardly anything compared to the strength of Fentanyl; adding it in isn't really doing that much for breakthrough at that level of Fentanyl.
There is a small percentage of patients who do not get a full 72 hrs out of a patch; this is due to both tolerance issues, physiology, and patch placement/dosage release issues. Either way, in the end, it's the patient's tolerance level that really determines whether or not the amount is too much.

most likely you will not feel the oxycontin? sometimes depending on your own personal body's chemistry etc you may get a small high still from the oxy however it is less likely than likely. since the suboxone which is an opios itself has already bound itself to the receptors in the brain preventing the oxy from binding as well(suboxone is a stickier stronger opiod) so the oxy loses the battle(so to speak)

If you don't have pain pills (I'm assuming you mean opiates), I would try Klonopin, or a muscle relaxer. I find Tylenol and Motrin and Advil, etc to be useless. Or, you could try Cymbalta or Lyrica, which supposedly work for fibromyalgia pain. What really works though, is exercise, and stretching, and ice and warm wraps, and massages, things like that. I know it sucks, I wish a pill would make all the pain go away, but I sure haven't found one.
