A double trigger is built to use alternating fingers to achieve faster firing rates than a single trigger. It can be held from the top, like most double triggers, or in the middle, like some spyder double triggers, this also effects where you must hold it to alternate better.

"Walking" or "Feathering" the trigger is a term meaning the interchanging of fingers to increase the rate of fire on a paintball gun. The motion should consist like this:

1. Placing the "trigger finger" or middle finger on the trigger; pulling the trigger till it is registered as a shot.

2. Quickly changing to the next finger before the trigger is completely up.

3. Continuing to do this to create a steady line of paint.

The purpose of this method is to increase your rate of fire. By using two fingers moving rapidly across the trigger frame, in theory you would have increased your speed by 2X.

Firstly the 16 is 2 inches longer. Secondly some say that this is where a paintball barrel overcomes the optimum barrel lenght and starts to use up more co2 to fire a paintball. Others claim this is at 18 inches. The exception to this are Tippmann's who waste a lot of C02 each shot, and have a velocity adjuster that does not change the amount the valve produces, but limits the amount the ball gets, the excess just gets blown out to a cyclone feed or response trigger or nothing if nothing is attached. This means they are technically more efficient with 18, 20, even 22 inch barrels, because you will play with velocity adjuster almost out, and will still shoot the proper fps.

yes any electronic paintball gun needs a battery. If your buying it new it should include a rechargeable 9volt. You can also use just regular 9 volt batteries in a pinch.

Yes it is awesome but it's semi so if you want automatic firing you'll have to buy an e-trigger which I think are around $100 on eBay I'm not sure about brand new though but overall It's a good gun It has a rail on the top to fit stuff like laser sights or scopes so if you bought like a 14-16 in. sniper barrel and a scope or laser you'd have a real cheap sniper but just like the name says It's very easy to customize and so instead of spending like $1,500 on an accurate automatic gun like like a Dye DLX Luxe you can just buy this for like $200 or something I'm not sure mine was a Birthday present but you can customize it and save alot of money and still get an automatic accurate gun I would recomend a laser instead of a scope because If you're playing paintball you probably won't have time to look through a scope anyway but a laser would be awesome and the hopper is held off to the side to make it easier to aim It's still very easy to shoot acurate just how it is right out of the box you just have to take your time and aim by looking down the rail and there's this thing that shows where It's pointed at so a good place to find this would be like a sporting goods store like Dick's Sporting Goods or Sports Authority don't bother looking at Walmart or Target

dude, the tippman 98's ( the ones they use at combat paintball at thetfore) are around £120, however it would be a big mistake buying, as you can get a much much lighter,better,faster gun, and complete with a mask and tank and hopper for the same price.

The could mean a few things. One, the button is not correctly lined up witht the board. Another thing could be that the switch on the board is broken. Unlikely, but possible. The final thing to check is the battery. If it is a dead battery, obviously it wont turn on.

It sounds as if the air is not reaching the regulator. But your first bet would be to take the bolt out and lube it (you never know). After the bolt, check the O-rings of everything. Sometimes they snap off. After that check your macro line and make sure it is connected to the reg. If all else fails, send it by to Spyder.

It depends on the threads of the Apex barrel. If the threads are that of a autococker, A5, or spyder then no, it will not fit. Though if it does have Tippmann threads then by all means it will fit.
