How does globalization make us one world?
Globalization is much more fun than economics and trading.
It's the ability to transfer information at rapid speed. Many different people have the power to communicate, despite living in distant places.
Our sense of global community has been accomplished by worldwide communication technology, such as internet chat rooms, blogs, and video reviews.
Land and satellite based communication systems are doing for modern man what photography had done a century ago; bringing the world home to you, instead of you having to go out and visit each part of the world.
The expanded horizon, now, has become a much more personal place. You can talk with a family in a far away country that is scheduled to be bombed by your own deluded military. Truly comprehending the helplessness and immensity of the situation your fellow humans are facing, and they in turn can grasp your own Laissez Faire attitude.
What can be accomplished through this new medium is that people become aware of their common sensibilities, and gain from one anothers' culture, before they are told second-hand what to think of their new enemies (prior to capitulation.)
More needs to be done before this is realized. Technology is required that seemlessly connects images of a place with videos of the various ways groups use that place, along with an account of daily life from individuals in each group. This immersion into another's life gives us a respect for the differences and similarities of people throughout the world, and a better idea of the over-arching structure that connects cultures throughout the world.
We may yet profoundly affect one another, causing true globalization to occur. Ultimately this cohesion could bring lasting peace, by forcing governments to settle disagreements liberally.
Why has the roadmap to peace for the middle east failed?
A roadmap cannot fail. The peace process has failed to bring peace because the Arabs cannot accept that Israel is carved out of what was previously their land, without consultation. The Israelis cannot accept that some of their god given land in fact belonged to the Arabs.
The Arab revolt with the British Army took back the area known as Palestine from the Ottomans. The league of Nations then gave some of this land to the Jews, provided existing people and religions were respected. The Jews have steadily expanded their country and left tiny parts for the displaced Arabs and their descendants.

Why is world peace so important?
Peace is important because it's the thing that helps each of the countries not continue fighting or fight as much. Without peace, all of the other qualities America has would not exist. Each day we would wake up feeling unsafe. Peace is freedom from disturbance.
How do you draw a 3d peace sign?
WARNING: you may want to use a pencil because you'll have to erase. Also I advise you read the whole sentence before doing the next step.
First draw a circle. You can trace something or just freehand it. Then make a smaller circle inside it. Draw a line strait down the middle slightly to one side. Then an equal amount to the other side of the center, put another line. Half way up your thick middle line put a diagonal line down to about a third of the way down from the top to the bottom of the circle, the another a little down. Do the same on the other side. Now erase the inner line of the circle where the lines and the circle join. Then erase the middle line where it meets the diagonal lines. Now using your pencil thicken the inner line of the circle that is in between the middle line to the right all the way to the right side, top diagonal line. Then thicken the top, left diagonal line and the left middle line just to the point that they meet. Thicken the right and bottom lines if the left, triangular hole at he bottom. Lastly, thicken the right line of the right triangle.

Will the world ever achieve world peace?
Maybe... maybe not. it's all opinion. you can't tell for sure...It all boil down to what we want as human beings.
We really need to find out about the real reason for our existence on this mundane world. If we do not really want to hurt ourselves, why do we have delight in hurting others.
We should turn to that silent voice that keeps reminding us when we are at fault...that is a step forward. Some call this voice "conscience", others call it "God" or the inner mind, etc depending on your understanding of His true nature.
The day we stop thinking that others must think like us...we will be close to the attainment of world peace.
We now know what to do....peace or war?

Why is it important to resolve problems with others peacefully?
It is important to solve problems peacefully as that will normally please all parties involved. Violence only gets people hurt and may not even solve anything. It is important to be able to compromise with people to please everyone and make sure that everyone is happy.
On a larger scale, war is most of the time the effect of violence and nobody should want war. Peace on the other hand is what everyone should want and is why organisations like the UN were formed.
This is not to say that violence is never OK. In certain life threatening conditions, for example if you were being mugged, it would be OK to be a little violent. That doesn't mean that should should kill anyone though, and only use violence as a last resort in cases of self defence.
Of course if everyone was peaceful than no-one would mug anyone and the whole world would be peaceful.
Overall Peace is always the best was to solve issues as it usually makes all parties happy without violence.

Why do people say rest in peace?
Rest In Peace is the English term taken from the R.I.P abbreviation often found on headstones. The letters R.I.P actually originate from the term, "Requiescat in pace," which is a Latin prayer that means "may he (or she) rest in peace." It is commonly found on the grave of Catholics (as far back as the 18th century) because the term is derived from the burial service of the Roman Catholic church.
