Penn State is a very good football program. They are with elite company in "All Time Wins" they are in placed third in "All Time Bowl Wins" with 27 Bowl Wins and are currently first in "Bowl Win Percentage" with 66%, 27-13-12 (out of teams who've played in 20 or more).

They have a very stable program whose head coach as been incumbent for over four decades, and annually have one of the highest attendance for home games.
