Yes you could be pregnant and you need to see a doctor and have an ultrasound to find out what is going on. I can tell you that I am experiencing the same thing. I was worried I was pregnant but all my tests were negative, I even did a blood test and it was also negative. So I decided to do a transvaginal ultrasound and it turns out that I have a couple cysts. My docs say its nothing serious but cysts in the ovaries tend to come and go. They retain fluid that does not allow a normal period to occur but you still experience odd symptoms of pregnancy: i.e. tiredness, muscle spasms in the lower abdomine, and mild nausea. My friend has had hers for 3-4 weeks straight- changing from heavy, to almost gone, then coming back. The doctor said it could possibly be a VD, but all the tests they did came back negative. Her doctor isn't sure whats wrong, but unless you are a hormonal birth control user (pills, patch, etc) & changed it recently, skipped it, etc. than I would say you should definitely go to a doctor.

Hello - Its very difficult to say. Personally I would think its slightly possible but not very likely. Every month a womans breast changes especially during her period hen her body is producing progesterone to start a period. Wait until your period arrives. If it doesnt - do a test. :o)

Not to scare you but you could of had a miscarrage.
