Who first put pineapple on pizza?
-------------------------
actually, I believe it originated in Italy.
I actually read an article about this, it all started a long time ago when in the areas bordering the Mediterranean sea , they started making flatbreads with many different spices on it to give it flavor (some of these flatbreads had cheese melted on top.) But of course, none of them are actually pizza's, because they didn't have tomato sauce. BUT in Italy they had no tomatoes, because back then, tomatoes were only in the "new world" (America) which of course, had not been discovered. So, once Spain colonized there, they brought tomatoes back to Europe. However, pizza's still did not exist, because nobody had tried to put tomato sauce on the flatbreads. So, when Italian king Umberto the first, visited a restaurant that was owned by a cook of flatbreads, the cook decided to try something new, so he made a huge flatbread that would look like the Italian flag, and for the color red, he used tomato sauce. the king loved it and the idea spread around. now, its one of the most common foods.

Pizza Huts crust is just bread plain and simple. There are no special seasonings in the crust or anything. The only oils that are used is that to keep it from sticking to the pans. However if u get the stuffed crust its a different story. The crust is probably the healthiest part of the whole pizza. A current Pizza Hut employee

If in doubt, ask the staff if the cheese is suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Traditionally, calf rennet is used to make cheese, but recently vegetarian and vegan cheeses made of non-animal rennet are also sold. Industrially produced cheese, ie the one used by pizza shops, is more likely to be made of vegetable rennet because it's cheaper than the animal rennet.
Also, to cut cost pizza shops do not use mozzarella cheese, but some sort of simulated substitute cheese or cheese analogue. The cheese analogue is very likely made of soy.
In effect, the cheese in most pizza shops should be halal or suitable for vegans.

Its really quite a wonderous tail. In the late years of the world dating back to before Jesus came down to boogie with the Jews, there existed a platypus with a skill for spinning. So much in fact, that he garnered the attention of the most famous chef in the world, sir Emirill III (no relation to the Emerill of today, hence the spelling difference). Such magnificint skills led to horrific experimentation, one of which resulted in the use of dough, and the gyration of the platypus resulted in the spinning technique used in pizza today. So Emirill scribbled down his discovery on the inside of the tomb that would later be the one for Jesus. His deciples found this, and, though this isn't in the Bibile, sold it on Ebay for quite a sum of money to Italy, who then whored it out to the Americans for twice what they payed for it. The end.

Depends on how you like it. If put in a microwave it usually gets a little soggy. Many people like to use a toaster oven. Others prefer the regular oven at about 350 degrees F. for about ten minutes. Most places that sell pizza put reheating directions on their boxes, or just call the place you bought it and ask them what they suggest.
An additional method is a bit more work but may be worth it. Heat it in a microwave just enough to get the "chill" out, but not long enough for it to get mushy. Then transfer it to a non-stick frying pan on the stove top. Turn the burner on high, and be sure to shake the pan a bit so that it won't burn, like you might do a saute. This will crisp up the bottom of the crust quite nicely.
