ive bypassed it once by putting www. youtube.com/search but now it wont work for me. the youtube app is not on the internet explorer but it is on the ps3 menu under video services. i know it confused me and pissed me off too. the youtube app sucks tho. i wish it would let u use the internet browser or the app.

No, if you think about it that wouldn't be much of a business strategy. What exactly would you be 'selling' back to them - what would they gain just from giving you money and removing your access to that game. It's not like their product can run out and they need to restock it.
Playstation consumer hotline can make exceptions on purchases, but it is rarely done. Even when I complained of a music unlimited automatic purchase made as a result of a game during the E3 at Playstation Home they had to request that an exception was made. Sometimes even mistakes will not be corrected like when you purchase an add on thinking the game was including and then being unable to use the product. Everything sold through the Playstation Store is not returnable including the money you put into your Playstation Wallet to make purchase. If you never spend the money you still can not get a refund
