If this is not right, I am sorry, but I know that there will be an exclamation mark to the place though. Once you complete the dungeon, you will find a manaphy egg. It will hatch after a while. Once you care form manaphy, it will leave you. After a long time, Manaphy will come back and will want to join your team!

any Pokemon can have any nature it depends on what nature they hatch with it is random

Starter or legendaries usually have the best stats and more often then not good learnable moves . Personally I believe the best pokemon to use is palkia because 1 he is able to learn 3 all room attacks that hit hard and have solid accuracy2 his stats are nice, especially sp attack since that allows you to attack without contact 3 being a water dragon type gives him an all around defense, though you'll probably knock out other Pokemon before they get the chance plus once you've used gummies special drinks and X-ray band palkia will become nothing short of a god. If you consider give him the following move set. Water pulse spatial rend Draco meteor and earth power. Not only will these last you a while but they look cool when executed. If you need a Pokemon with many different choice of projectile attacks use remoraid and evolve him kinda late. Other than that stick with starters or small legendaries.

To get Jirachi in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue/red, go to the Wish tower and Jirachi will be found on 99F. I would suggest bringing Kecleon or Pichu, as this is a level one dungeon. If you want Jirachi to grant you a wish, then bring a wish stone, also found on the 50th floor. It is guarenteed to join you, provided you deliver the final blow.

There is a treasure chamber on B3F in the deep miracle sea! In the treasure box might be a wonder gummi, seabed veil, air blade or silver veil! To get in the treasure room you need to get the key (which you can buy it for 8000 poke at the kecleon shop).
