I would say a good source of Russian books of any grade level is Kniga if you do not read Russian, there is a button "ENG" at the top to convert the website into English.

If you do not want to shop online and live in a big city, there may be a Russian neighborhood relatively close where you could easily find bookstores that sell such books (depending on what city you live in).
