Can Rae Carruth get out early on good behavior?
Yes! And he has been pretty good in prison. The last time he got in trouble was in 2004 for fighting with another inmate. He got into another fight with an inmate over a pen and was written up for throwing the first punch. A few punches was thrown between Carruth and the fellow inmate. Rae was send to solitary confinement for 20 days but was released due to overcrowding. Other than that he's very low-key and hasn't been much of a trouble maker since. His PRD (projected release date) is October 2018, but he could be out in March 2016. Hope that helps. :)
