I have a female and a male poodle that have pretty cute names. The males name is Johnny Depp but when he was a puppy we called him Chewy.His girlfriends name is Foxy Lady. Shes a sassy little pup. But if this didn't help i went to google.com and typed cute poodle names and some of them I wouldn't even have thought of!

Most pugs are not actually fat- they just have been bred to have a naturally stocky body shape which may make them seem chunkier then they really are. Pugs do best on a wet diet and not dry food. There are many complete wet foods on the market and you should try to find one that is as natural as possible. If you must feed a dry food make sure you soak it for 1/2 hour in boiling water enough to cover the food and when the water is absorbed and food cooled feed your pug. Alternatively you can prepare your own chicken/lamb and rice with veg there are some good web sites for preparing your own dog food, it is important to make sure they have a healthy balanced and complete diet.

i have two pugs, and they are both female, they get along great, but when food or attention is in the picture, they start to fight, so a pugs enemy could be anyone, but i think its just female pugs.

It's best to not free feed (keep food available at all times) since pugs do tend to have 'piggish' appetites. I feed my pugs twice a day, at the same times each day. By feeding them twice a day instead of the once a day feeding many people do, I have found that they have much less digestive problems. And it helps control their weight. You also have to be careful to not let them have too many treats between meals, and NO table scraps, no matter how tempted you are to give it to them.

Pups should be weaned at 6 to 8 weeks old to leave their mother.
