your fingers might not be covering the holes completely... hope it helps. or maybe the parts are not attached properly

You will have to find the music to learn it. I'd suggest looking on websites like musicnotes.com for sheet music. I think it'd be a pretty difficult tune to learn by ear.

if you cover the first 2 holes it will be A

if you cover the first 3 holes it will be G

if you have just started playing the recorder I suggest that you begin by memorizing the notes then learning to read sheet music then paying songs.
