You could, if you wish! But, the motor cutting in during the quiet of the night might prove rather disturbing. Personally, I wouldn't have a fridge in my bedroom.

depends on the brand of frezzer .......either behind the plastic( panel/wall) in back off freezer could be at the top or the bottom on the side your ice maker would hook up..... or under the panel in the top of your refidgerator......if its just a stand alone frezzer there again it depends on the model i suggesst you try and follow the wires from the start cap on the comp for the freezer

When left unused, some batteries discharge quickly and some do not. This is true of both single use batteries and rechargeable batteries.

Discharge is a chemical reaction and chemical reactions are slower at lower temperatures. Refrigerated batteries are stored at a lower temperature, so some types of batteries will keep their charge better if stored in a refrigerator.

In addition to the chemical reactions that provide the voltage for battery function, there can be other reactions with the atmosphere that deteriorate the chemical composition of the battery. This can depend very much on the manufacture of the battery. If the battery is well made, then extraneous chemical reactions to battery materials from the air will be minimized by a well designed casing.

While there does not seem to be much careful data on the subject, there are at least some reasons to support a benefit from refrigeration. Even so, variations in manufacturers is likely to have a significant effect as well.

It is also faster if you don't turn up the temperature to max because that would only block air flow to the fridge from the freezer until the freezer gets the right temperature.

Another option, consider going to the local appliance parts store and asking for a "hard start" unit (they sell for around $25). If you hear a "click" when the thermostat is moved below the current temp, but the "click" is not followed by the hum of the compressor, then it's either the starter or the compressor itself. If it's the starter, then the hard start unit will fix you right up.

Yes you can, the outside of the fridge will get hot but the inside will stay cold. It's like having a fridge out side by the BB-Q during the summer or all year round here in SoCal

is it plugged in? check the dial within the fridge to unsure it is not set to low. if it is all the way turned up and it is still not cold you may need a freon recharge. Call your local appliance shop.

Quite possibly the compressor is not operating correctly. possibly the condenser is verry dirty or the condenser fan motor is not running. The fridge doors may not be closing tightly or the evaporator fan motor may not be running when the doors are closed.

The cooling coil may be bad dirty, The coil is on the back or under the bottom or the fridge. Find it it and clean out the dust/dirt with a vac and brush.
