First, get some substantial time driving them. When you repo one of these, you have to be quick - if it's attached to a trailer, you typically have to drop that trailer, and it could be any type of trailer... dry box, RGN, whatever - and again, you need to be quick. None of this OTR, saunter out of the truck singing, "I've got tiiiiiiiiime on my side" nonsense. Then, you get enough experience that a towing and recovery company will hire you. Get a little time doing that, let them assess if you're ready to do repo work. If they decide you are, then you get into it.

That depends. If you don't have ICC and USDOT operating authority, you can't legally haul freight for hire. You may want to look at leasing on with an expediter company such as Panther II, FedEx Custom Critical, Tri-State, etc. Then, what you can haul will depend on what class of license you have. Even if the GVW is under 26,000 lbs, you'll still need a Class C (minimum) CDL with hazmat endorsement to haul hazmat loads, for example.

When one looks to buy a repossessed home, he/she should show him/herself as a worthy buyer; thus he/she should seem eager to buy, and make it clear he/she can afford the property. The buyer should ask questions which pertain to the property he/she is looking to buy. The buyer will have to do a lot of digging for his/her questions to be answered honestly and without circumlocution, thus the buyer should be assertive but patient. It would also be smart to figure out the actual value of the property, and the costs of repair services and fixtures/changes.

No. It's not theirs to sell, and they never should've taken the vehicle in for pawn without getting a title along with it. That vehicle belongs to the finance company. At the top of every pawn form, it asks the questions, "Are you the rightful/legal owner of this property?". If you answered yes to that question in regards to a vehicle with a lien on it, then you have committed fraud, and will likely face charges.

Yes, and they'll do exactly that if given the opportunity. All they really have to do is back the stinger up to the tires of that car, and that's the point where there's pretty much nothing you can do about it.
