Arnel Pineda (of Journey) is 49 years old (born September 5, 1967).

His biggest idol and influence was Woody Guthrie. He imitated Guthrie before he went electric in '65. I give Joan Baez credit for bringing him into fame as her guest at the Newport Folk Festival, although I wouldn't call her an influence.

In a Playboy Interview published shortly after his death on December 8, 1980, Lennon explained that "Come Together" was written with Dr. Timothy Leary, the controversial 1960s counterculture guru, in mind. In 1969, Leary attempted to run for governor of California against Republican incumbent Ronald Reagan. Leary's short-lived campaign used the slogan "Come together, join the party." Lennon worked on a song with the intention of offering it to Leary's campaign, but the song (and Leary's candidacy) never really got off the ground. Lennon eventually wrote the internationally famous version of "Come Together," which became a No. 1 hit from the "Abbey Road" album.

Lennon said in the Playboy Interview that the lyrics for "Come Together" were "gobbledygook." Interestingly, he was sued for using the line "Here come old flat-top" because he apparently borrowed it from the 1956 Chuck Berry song "You Can't Catch Me." Lennon and Berry's publisher settled the matter out of court. Part of the agreement was that Lennon would record other songs by the publisher. The result was Lennon's 1975 solo album "Rock 'N' Roll," which includes Berry's "You Can't Catch Me" and "Sweet Little Sixteen."

The wall was actually a manifestation of Pink Floyd were experiencing between them and their fans. When fans started coming to live gigs only to smoke dope and drink, without understanding the music that was being performed. There was a specific event when Roger waters actually spit a fan in the face. That's what inspired The Wall. This wall that was building up between them and their fans.

Also the wall is partly autobiographical of Roger Waters' early life when he lost his father in WWII and subsequently how his life changed.

The best music historians can determine the blues began sometime after the American Civil War. Folk music dates back hundreds of years. This takes nothing away from the blues, a true American art form.

the band started as a band named 'Xero' which firstly consisted of Mike Shinoda (rapper), Rob Bourdon (drums) and Brad Delson (Lead Guitar). this started in 1996 and so as a project, Linkin Park up to know has lasted for 15 years now.

But as under the name 'Linkin Park' with all the current members in and the recording of their first album was in 1999, releasing Hybrid Theory in the following year, so officially they have been Linkin Park for 12 years.

Bon Jovi's song "Living on a Prayer" was released in the album titled "Slippery When Wet". This album released in 1986 and the record sold an astounding 28,400,000.00 dollars worth.

The song playing throughout much of the "Limbo"episode is "Looking For Space" by John Denver from his 1975 album "Windsong." Great song and great album. After this episode aired they decided to do one more season. The song is called "Looking for Space". It can be found on most of his greatest hits and anthology-type cd's.

One of the first rock songs was called rock around the clock and many believe it came from that. its the whole idea of rocking something with music (shaking it up)

However the origin of rock and roll, the term and music is much earlier than the song Rock Around The Clock.
