Though its fun to listen to speculations and rumors. But if you look at the Producers (GONZO) website you can see only 5 shows are being produced for 2009 and Rosario Vampire isn't one of them. Gonzo is in the process of a restructuring plan to obtain a stable income. They (over 3-5) years will lay people off and cut annual anime output to 4-5 shows (they have put out press releases saying this). You will have to wait for 2010's lineup to be posted to know if they are going to produce a season 3. Gonzo also just sold off their Gaming division Gonzo Rosso a short while ago. Keep reading!
To the best of my knowledge there will be another season. however the rumoured start date of the 3rd season has past so if it doesnt come out soon i doubt there will be one. but heres hoping
yes after he got to much of moka's blood he turned into a goul he now has a chain around his wrist to keep him from turning into a goul again

As of yet Tsukune and Moka have not kissed neither in the Rosario + Vampire nor Rosario + Vampire II. You need to give the plot time to develop so I say, don't hold your breath on this one because romantic relationship's wont be happening anytime soon in the manga or anime.

You mean Tsukune Aono? from Rosario + Vampire...? Well he ends up with Moka Akashiya as very oftenly hinted in the Manga. Kumuru Kuruno gets some other guy, and Mizore Shirayuki ends up meeting somebody in her home town, after a mix up with an abominable snow man. Yukari Sendo doesnt end up meeting anyone as she is still young and accepts it.

well you see that isnt true nobody ends up with anybody yet cuz the season isnt finish but ill get you up to speed (in other words blurt stuff out) yukari has an interest in fong fong (dude only seen in the manga) gin takes love interest in kurumu (inner moka feels an interest toward tsukune and outer moka isnt present as of volume 12 but obviously tsukune and outer moka have an interest. and as for mizore its not certain but there is a random dude that shows up in her village and takes an interest in her

Oh yeah it is! I watched the whole series! When I first interviewed it, it was the best anime I've ever seen! No matter what the rating is (like TV - MA or what eve's)! My favorite character is Moka because she is sweet and caring, but she hates perverts! She will do anything to love Tskune. Guess what! I'm almost 13 and I don't care if I can't watch it 'cause I'm a mature guy and I can handle it! I can watch it at my cousin John's house for now on. So far, it was the bestest and most romantic and awesomely epic anime in my lifespan! Most people hate this show because there's ecchi. But still it's the best show I've ever watched! What ever you do epic guys, if you didn't or did watch the show, PLEASE DON'T HATE THIS AWESOME SHOW !!! I don't know why many people hate this epic show because of this guy Gonzo the Bozo (Gonzo is the guy who stopped Rosario + Vampire). BTW, have fun trying to watch this great anime show (if you're not mature, like me)!

Yes there will be, it's just that Gonzo has had money issues, thats why Funimation took it over for a short time period & dubbed it to english, theres rumors that Gonzo made a deal with Funimation if they handled it for a while: season 3 must be english first then air in Japan later on, Manga still needs to finish their season 3, count on it coming in either early 2013 or summer of 2013.
