Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer

Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer originated in a 1939 booklet written by Robert L. May and published by Montgomery Ward. Since then, Rudolph has become a regular part of Christmas, with the song "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer being very popular and both a feature film and cartoon T.V, special having been made.

Fatehpur Sikri (Hindi: फ़तेहपुर सीकरी, Urdu: فتحپور سیکری) is a city and amunicipal board in Agra district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Built near the much older Sikri, the historical city of Fatehabad, as it was first named, was constructed by Mughal emperor Akbar beginning in 1570. It was built in honour of Sufi saint Shaikh Salim Chisti, who lived in a cavern on the ridgeat Sikri, and foretold the birth of his son, who was named Prince Salim after the saint. He later succeeded Akbar to the throne of the Mughal Empire, as Emperor Jahangir.

Some traditional German Christmas foods are Christollen, a dry cake filled with marzipan and raisins and covered in powdered sugar; Lebukuchen, a gingerbread; and Zimsterne, star-shaped cinnamon cookies that that are the best-known German Christmas cookie. Potato salad with sausage and a meat and cheese fondue are also classics.

In the classic 1964 animated TV special "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," Rudolph's nose blinks a total of 13 times. Each blink corresponds to key moments in the story where his nose lights up, helping to guide Santa's sleigh through the fog. This iconic feature symbolizes Rudolph's uniqueness and importance in the tale.

"Then one foggy Christmas Eve, Santa came to say, / "Rudolph with your nose so bright, / Won't you guide my sleigh, tonight?"

There is another claymation Christmas special, but it is about Rudolph's son, Robbie the Reindeer. It was a creation of the BBC.
