No. Mistress 9 inhabited Hotaru Tomoe's body after Hotaru's father, Professor Tomoe, created an experimental space which led to an explosion in his lab. The explosion killed Hotaru (in the anime; it severely injured her in the manga, with Tomoe turning her into a cyborg and giving her the Taioron Crystal to help with her chronic pain), but the daimon that came through the space (from the Tau System), Germatoid, offered to bring Hotaru back to life if the daimon could inhabit Tomoe, while Mistress 9 took over Hotaru. In the manga, Tomoe himself implanted Hotaru with a daimon egg that he received.

While Professor Tomoe's personality was drastically altered, Hotaru seemed unchanged, except for her frailty, random seizures, and ability to heal. While some of these abilities may have been related to Mistress 9's presence in her body, they could equally be attributed to the fact that Hotaru was born a Sailor Senshi, and was simply never awakened prior to her first "death," with Mistress 9's presence distorting the existing powers Hotaru should have had access to as a Sailor Senshi, albeit one that is normally only awakened in extreme dire circumstances.

Because Mistress 9 was an entity from another system, she never could have served as Sailor Saturn, one of the Sailor Senshi from our solar system, and the Soldier of Ruin and Birth, or the Soldier of the Silence. However, she did serve as the "Messiah of Silence," while Sailor Moon served as "The Messiah," Mistress 9's counterpart that would prevent the Silence.

In Act 20 of the manga it's said that she is 900(she looks young because she stopped growing at 5 but she begins to age after she becomes Sailor Chibi Moon.)

Her age in the anime is around 5 when she first arrives, (the candles on her birthday cake in one memory indicate so in Episode 85),. She appers to be 11 or 12 when she appears later. But her exact age is never officially disclosed.

However we never find out the birthday of rini.

Prince Demando kidnaps Sailormoon because when he first saw her as Neo Queen Serenity he fell in love with the determined look in her eyes and so wanted to make her his queen, presumably before she married Tuxedo Mask. He dresses her up because he is in love with the queen, not Sailormoon.

Sailor Cosmos only appears definitively in the Sailor Moon manga, and there, her identity isn't definite. She initially appears as Chibi-Chibi, and later as Sailor Chibi Chibi, before revealing her identity as Cosmos in Act 51 (Stars 9).

Sailor Ceres of the Sailor Quartet stated that Cosmos must be the "ultimate future form of Sailor Moon," but that statement in itself is ambiguous, as it could refer to a descendant of Sailor Moon (similar to Sailor Chibi Moon), a future incarnation of Sailor Moon (much like Princess Serenity is a past incarnation), a Sailor Moon from an alternate future, or a new form of Sailor Moon following her known future form as Neo-Queen Serenity.

So it's possible that Sailor Cosmos' name is actually Usagi Tsukino, but she comes from a future that is so ravaged by war that identities don't matter anymore.

Sailor Stars was never dubbed in English because the of the "content" of the season. Also there were licensing problems...

I think episode 10 from the first season is the best because its the last episode with Jadite before queen beryl froze him but it was good to see his last fight with the sailor scouts.

If you want to draw Sailor Moon, the first thing you should do is browse through Sailor Moon pictures and look at the details of her. Notice how heart-shaped her face is, the size and style of the eyes, the hair, etc... Then you will have a good idea how to start off.

[This might be a little hard to follow, since there aren't pics to show what I mean, but if you can, look at a reference pic of Sailor Moon to help you.]

Once you've done that, start with whatever feature of her seems most comfortable to begin with. Most start with the head: Draw a circle for the head, and add the cheekbone and a pointy chin. Try not to make it too pointy, otherwise she won't look so innocent.

Draw the bangs around the center closer to the top. Start with a curve on each side, making it look like an incomplete heart, and add more curves to each side.

Draw the top, but don't make it just a circle. Make sure it is separated into two sections for the pigtail. Add curvy lines on the edge of each of the the top part to make it look as if it IS a pigtail.

Then, where the curvy lines you drew are, right above it draw circles for odangoes. Draw curved lines on them going from the head on out.

Okay, so now the eyes. Sailor Moon's eyes are large, round, and glamorous. Also girly. Very girly. This is what I mean: Draw two circles for the eyes, and then draw the top and bottom lines. Make sure the lines are very thick, as if she had eyeliner on. Draw the eyelashes next, more on the top, and less on the bottom. They are also thick, as if she applied mascara. Now, study your reference picture to draw the details inside the eyes. First, draw a big circle on each one. Then draw the black pupil in the background. Since her eyes have a natural sparkle to them, add little circles on the sides of the big circles. Shade the rest of the inside of the eye.

The nose is the easiest part of her face. Draw a right triangle facing right. Her nose is very small compared to the rest of her face.

Finally, the mouth. If you want to draw her smiling, draw a straight line with a smaller straight line below it, but if you want to draw her with opened-mouthed, then draw an upside-down iscoceles triangle.

You might also consider going to yard sales, but you should check each one you are considering buying for scratches before you buy and make sure the covers are not damaged.
