Alot... The problem is its hard to get official figures for 2 reasons. The first is that most people who become Satanists dont register with any Satanic church/group/society. And secondly Anton LaVey himself talked about his dislike for divulging official numbers. If there is very little members they are seen as insignificant (and probably quite cultish) and if there are too many members then its percieved as a threat to society.

What is the difference between Spiritualist Satanism and LaVeyan Satanism?
Spiritual Satanists are more spiritual. They believe in Satan as an actual being, usually he's their God of choice. Whereas LaVeyan Satanists are pretty much athiests.

I have never heard of "white stripes" being satanic, but if someone wants them to be and you buy into that belief, they could be.

As for the band "The White Stripes", there is very little evidence that supports the claim that they are satanic, except for their website which can be a little creepy at times....
Their lyrics are very Christian oriented, such as one line in "Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground" which says:

The "holy ghost" is part of the Christian Trinity, which is God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. The Trinity is one single being, but with three parts to it. In Christianity, "God is love."
This is but one example of themes in The White Stripes' lyrics which hold Christian ideologies.
I'd doubt a satanic band would have lyrics about love and Christianity-oriented themes, but who knows.

Actually, hardly any devices involve Satanism. There was once a famous poetic reference to "dark, Satanic mills" but in general, technology is not viewed as Satanic. Devices are merely intended to help us to do something more easily than we otherwise could, they almost never have any religious element to them, Satanic or otherwise.
