Sharks don't have notochords because they are vertebrates. All vertebrates go through an embryonic stage where a notochord is present, but then during development in the womb, this structure is replaced with a spine. The remnants of a notochord in these species can be found as the nucleus pulposus, a jelly-like center of intervertebral discs.

The Great White is probably the Shark you are referring to. They particularly prey on Sea Lions and whilst have been known to eat people, that is generally an opportunistic killing rather than preying upon people. Did megalodon sharks have scales?
Nearly all fish, including sharks, have scales. We don't have any fossilized impressions of Megalodon skin, but there is no reason to believe that they didn't have scales like other sharks. The scales on shark skin are useful because they trap water against the shark. Thus, the water that rubs against them mainly rubs against the water in between the scales, and that greatly reduces drag.
Why do sharks put their fin out of the water?
They only stick their fins out of the water to attack fish near the surface, or swim around the beach, where they are too shallow for them to swim around so it looks like their fins are sticking out.

Witch shark is bigger the megalodon or the great white shark?
the megalodon shark is bigger go to youtube.com and you could look for the great white and the megalodon k k PS im nice
. Not to be rube but you can go look on youtube and see that its bigger but newflash the people that do those videos can make the shark look bigger than it really is. And the truth probably is that wasnt that big.. and yea its bigger than the great white b/c the megalodon live 10,000 years ago a long time ago.. so of course the great white is bigger b/c it still exist.. You would be right if the megalodon still lived but it don't!
Dingoes live on land and sharks live in the ocean, so sharks certainly do not eat dingoes regularly.
But sharks will try to eat most anything that moves, so, if a dingo got into the water near a hungry shark, the shark would probably eat it.
There is little known about shark behavior because the shark constantly stirs silt from the bottom of the ocean, making viewing the shark hard. Behavior about feeding is known. The shark is very aggressive when feeding or getting ready for an attack.
It is only found in the sea around New Zealand. This marine mollusk eats seaweed and lives clinging to rocks at depths of 1-10 meters, normally along the shoreline.
Hope this helps!
Do sharks live in the currituck sound?
I've lived on Knotts Island for about 23 years. I've fished all over the sound. While I've never seen a shark out there I've caught skates and rays, so I guarantee they're there. Bull Sharks are common off the coast and they get along well in waters like the Currituck Sound (fresh or brackish). They've been found in freshwaters all over the world. Used to swim out there when I was a kid but I don't now. Chances of ever meeting a shark anywhere are slim but I don't like what I can't see. They're out there...
