You can get your female Shih Tzu spaded as early as 6 months old. I got mine done at that age, I was a little nervous because I thought this was way too early for her, but the vet reassured me that it was perfectly fine and they prefer to do it that young. u might think there really weird looking but there actually really cute cause i saw this guy down town with one and i want one i thought it was a husky puppy or a big chihuahua but its the size of like a big chihuahua and looks a lot like a husky the guys dog was 2 and it was like medium small and he got it from the pound but ya there really cute and i really want one

its better to wait until they are fully grown as they are small dogs, but at 9 months it would be nice to remember they still have 3 months left of being a puppy.

Most likely it is. For husky dogs have thick hair for a good purpose. Huskies are native to Alaska and Canada where they first grew thick fur. So if you shave them, they will not be used to the thin coat which can be highly unnatural to there ecosystem requirements.

Maltese have longer hair then Shitzu,s and they are white Maltese but Shitzu,s can be brown.
