I believe it does. After suffering for years with no rash and having all the nerve pain, etc. I finally got the common shingles rash that looks like a band going around the waist. However, right now I have just one single spot on the side of my back mid-section that is driving me crazy itching. I also am experiencing nerve pain.

In my opinion it does. I started Fluoxetine (generic prozac) about 6 days into it, I started breaking out in a rash on my back. Today I went to the doctor and he said it looked like Shingles and I was having pain and all associated with Shingles. If you have anxiety or depression that will certainly disrupt your endocrine system and throw your hormones off. I have had at least 8-10 mild outbreaks since the age of 46 and now I am 50.
