• His Pathan chief, Yar Muhammad Khan, was bribed by the Sikhs and betrayed Syed Ahmad Barelvi.
• First, Yar Muhammad Khan attempted to poison Syed Ahmad.
• Then Yar Muhammad Khan deserted the battlefield with his troops which caused confusion and chaos.
• Syed Ahmad was defeated.
• Yar Muhammad Khan was killed later by the mujahidee. His brother waged war against him.
• Syed Ahmad didn't want constant campaigning so he moved his troops to Balakot which was protected by mountains on all sides.
• Syed Ahmad was betrayed by local leader who told the Sikhs how to get through the mountains.
• They made a surprise attack. Syed Ahmad was killed.

Well, The Kangha is a wooden comb used by Sikh's only twice a day to keep the hair clean and tidy. The Kangha is part of the five signs of a Sikh. It is one of the 5 k's which include the Kangha, Kirpan, Kaccha, Kesh and the Kara. Being clean is a huge thing to Sikh's and was emphasised by a Guru named Gobind Singh when he formed the Khalsa. Sikh's hair being clean and knot free is so big to them because they view it as it should represent their life, tidy and organized. Sikh's wash their hair very early every morning, then right after they comb it, and then is put into a topknot. After the hair is put into a topknot, they put the Kangha into the topknot then cover it with a turban. If the Sikh's are not using the comb, it must always be in their hair. The dimensions of a modern comb that they were is usually that it is 7.5cm tall, the width is 5cm and the depth is 0.9 cm.

There is no leader of Sikhism currently. But Sikhs call their leaders "Guru". The first Guru who formed Sikhism was called Guru Nanak

Guru Granth Sahib Ji (the Sikhs holy book) contains the actual spoken words by the Sikh Gurus and thus those Words themselves are now the Guru of Sikhs. Furthermore, Sikhs consider Guru Granth Sahib Ji as the Living Embodiment of Guru for the same reason. Sikhs don't treat Guru Granth Sahib Ji as Holy Book but as a Living Guru. Also, the 10th Guru, Guru Gobing Singh Ji, announced himself that out final guru would be the Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
