you need to make a new game in challenge mode

(or it won't work) then advance to global warming age. when that is done, it is really hard BUT you just need to make a huge metro with sastisfaction to 80 persent or more make sure it stays that way and wait intill the year 2080 or more. i say give it a shot but it is hardr than it sounds. good luck :D

I think you have to level up your current assistants until you unlock more or something.

The very first Simcity was published in 1989.

The Sims was introduced in 2000 followed by The Sims 2 by 2004 and the latest The Sims 3 in 2008.

My Sim was first introduced in 2007.

You can, but it automatically sets the default zoom to near nothing as to assure your computer can handle everything on the screen. Locate ""camerasettings.xml" in the install folder, open it with notepad (run as administrator first), and change the zoom settings there. Please note if your laptop is an older model you may want to watch how much you allow it to zoom out.

Generally, be a jerk. Cut off all water and fund all public services at 0 (expect the power plant) Then, burn down lots of houses for about 15 minutes and you should have a riot.

-Spread Zombie Dust: Have a cemetery and a small landing strip.

2. If you are playing on hard it can be offered as a reward if your budget goes below $20,000. It seems you must have less than 15,500 people, loose $3,000 for more than three months in a row, and a minimum commercial population. There is lots of speculation about the specifics of this method though.

*In my case I was playing on a small map, making about $200 a month, had around 10,000 people, and got down to about $2,000 in the bank when the budget lady said Dr. Vu offers to build Area 5.1 in my city.
