(which lets face it, who would do something like that) Then it is not certain you would catch it if your immune response system is strong, so even though you are exposed to it, you wpuldnt neccessarily catch it

I'm NOT a doctor - if its really bothering you, see a doctor first - however... Some friends have used what's known as a Netti /Neti/Nettie Pot - sells at most drug stores.
