hockey skate sizes work with numbers and letters. the letter indicates the width of the skate. E is a wider skate than D. In any case you should always try on hockey skates before buying them to make sure they fit comfortably. Many hockey stores will have microwaves to help mould skates to fit your feet. If you buy skates online make sure you try on skate sizes at a local store to know for sure what size you are.

I assume its a world industries board? They used to be top of the range boards until they sold out * years ago and started making cheaper boards. the quality of the board is not what it used to be and the market for them has fell, and so you are better off going with another company if your looking for a great deck. If you just want a starter board then it's probably fine.

and speed. Figure skating implies grace and artistic form, both of which are not necessary for hockey players and aren't taught to any hockey player I've ever seen

Some professional hockey coaches have hired figure skaters to teach the weaker skaters to cut figures on the ice both clockwise and counterclockwise. The purpose of cutting these figures is to bring about improved balance (most players are weaker at turning in one direction than the other) thereby producing quicker acceleration and reducing falls.

You get what you pay for. Expensive skates are usually worth the money, however cheaper skates are usually pretty good too.

No, I am very sorry, but it is best not to ice skate when you have a concussion. One person's confusion can mislead them on the ice, and can cause serious injuries to one already with a concussion and those around him or her. This can also damage the actual rink, leading to costly bills and expenses. Unless you want mild injuries, I suggest you avoid ice skating if you have a concussion.

Absolutely. His partner for free style is his wife who is a demanding yet great coach. She is tough, but ti pays off. He on the other hand does not work as much on jumps or spins as he does choreography. He has choreographed four of my daughters programs and did a wonderful job! If youre looking for a good choreo/ice dance/moves in the field coach- he's your guy!

I depends on the jump. There are some jumps you can go into with lots of speed but if it's a new jump I ould suggest taking it slow. Taje it from me I'm an ice skater.

some run big and some run small, for example:i wear a size 7 in street shoe, but my bonts i wear a size 5, powerslides run true to size, luigino you usually get one size bigger.

Shoot the duck is a move in figure skating were the skater begins spinning and squats down and keeps spinning while extending the leg... keeps spinning for a couple seconds then tucks in leg and pushes up gracefully while still spinning.

you have to buy a bearing pusher tool to get it out i suggest the kryptonics one tool because each bit on it has a bearing pusher
