Which skiing mountains are low altitude?
The Uppsala Alpine Center in Uppsala, Sweden is a good candidate but I don't know if it is the lowest.
It is between the 0 and 5 m height lines on the map. I don't have exact data but I would guess it's somewhere around 3, perhaps 4 meters above sea level.
There are also two resorts in Stockholm, Sweden, in Saltsj¶baden and Liding¶ which are both situated by the sea between the 0 and 10 meter height lines.
Kvisthamrabacken in Norrtälje, Sweden is 0,9 m above sea level and is probably lower then the "resorts" mentioned above.
These are not really ski resorts but rather a hill with a lift and no accomodation.

How fast are the ski lifts at killington?
The speed of the ski lift will depend on the type of lift.
There are detachable grip lifts that can run between 900 and 1200 feet per minute (fpm). At Killington the detachable lifts include, both gondolas, Superstar, Ramshead, Needles Eye, Skye Peak and the Snowshed quads. I believe only the Skye Ship Gondola runs at 1200 fpm.
The remaining Killington lifts have fixed grips (the part of the chair that grips the rope). The speed of a fixed grip will depend on the number of people each chair holds. Maximum allowable speeds vary from State to State but speaking generally: doubles- 550 fpm; triples- 500 fpm; quads- 450 fpm

Try to just cram your foot into something smaller. I have a size 9 foot and I wear a size 6 boot so you probably don't need a 17, maybe a 15 or 16 but as to where to find it... I have no idea
First of all, never cram your feet into anything, it makes your feet sore and it can cause foot problems. Secondly, if you are shoe size 17 your ski boot size is smaller, get fitted by a ski technician. Finally, if you still have no luck and you wear multiple pairs of socks, go down to just one, you should do this anyways. Ski boot shells are usually quite large and the liners just make them smaller so you should ask if they can replace the current liner with a thinner one. This won't make the boot less warm or less comfortable as long as the liner is of good quality. Go to all your local ski shops and they will fit you and if they have anything that will fit get it, they will also make any alterations you need to have made to the lining.
I want to ski : I'll go soon.
