I went to a Lutheran High School.. Our team was the Beacons -- our emblem was a light house -- as in shining the light of God. Our Dance squad was the Flashers (OK, now 35 years later that sounds a bit naughty). I like Beacons, however.

She played for the University of Arizona

Metal cleats are only allowed in some leagues of high school softball. You will have to check with your specific league to determine this. A lot of league do not allow them because of the increased safety risks

That would be determined by league rule according to the league the high school plays in.

This is a judgement call by official score keeper. If, in his opinion, the only reason the runner coming home from third was "safe" was because he out-ran the throw, then that would be considered an infield hit. It's the same situation as when a batter outruns the throw to first. If, however, the score keeper thinks the shortstop made a bad throw, or took to long to handle the ball, then it would be an error.

In general, throwing to the "wrong" base is not an "official" error. Bad judgement, perhaps, but not an error.

11 inches for a beginner and when you get older you start using a 12 inch--- men who play slowpitch use a huge ball i think but im sure about the 11 and 12 inch ones

Offical baseball rule 8.02 The pitcher shall not (a) (2) Apply a foreign substance of any kind to the ball; (3) expectorate on the ball, either hand or his glove; (4) rub the ball on his glove, person or clothing; (5) deface the ball in any manner; (6) deliver what is called the "shine" ball "spit" ball "mud" ball or "emery" ball. You score a home run by hitting the ball, it doesnt have to be far or hard, but you need to make it around all the bases and touch home plate before you get out. You can be walked, and score a HR by overthrows, fumbling around, etc.

Think about your story - what is going on and who are the people involved? A story about softball and baseball should probably have something in the title that makes you think of those sports - try a term from the game or the name of a position on the team as part of the title.

Friction is a very important physical principle in volleyball. Friction is the action of one surface or object rubbing against another. In this case, when you are standing still on the court, friction is under your feet, against the floor. Many volleyball players wear knee pads to prevent scraping their knees on the court due to friction. Also, anytime you hit the ball, friction is present. There is also air-friction, which is the air resistance against the ball.

You can play softball as long as you like just not a grandma. There is pro softball, so you can play softball as long as you like.

Some leagues are divided by school grade levels, 1st grade, 2nd grade, etc. Travel softball such as NSA and ASA are in ages:

8U: 8 and under

10U: 10 and under

12U: 12 and under

14U: 14 and under

16U: 16 and under

18U: 18 and under

The rules for aging in NSA say that for example 14U: If I was 14 on or before January first of this year, I cannot play 14U or lower, I must play 16U or higher. This means that if I turn 15 on January second of this year, I could play 14U until next year.
