In fact the ps3 has not been very good in any aspect, their games or ok, but no new good games are being produced, all the good once are still being produced on the ps2, the ps3 petty much is just for show. and sonys main focus is the psp. If you have a brand new controller or new ps3 and those have not been linked to gether it will not work. To link your ps3 to the controller you will have to hook it up directly through a USB Cord from ps3 to controller then turn on the ps3 controller and it will do the rest give it some time to recognize move it around manu and stuff then disconnect and you should be all linked up by then

They are bother kind of the same. The only thing that is a major difference is the shape of the console. They can both break or have technical problems. Its really up to the person buying the console.

This depends on the type pf set top box. Some have more than one HDMI output. Others have a single HDMI output and perhaps a composite video output as well. If that is the case, connect two televisions to the outputs with cables that are long enough to reach.

If there is only one output, as is the case with most HD set top boxes, you will need a video splitter or distribution amplifier. Pick the correct type for the signals. Today, it's likely to be an HDMI splitter. Beware of bad descriptions. Online sites such as Ebay have hundreds of "HDMI splitters" that in fact are switches, not splitters. Make sure the description says "one input to two outputs"

If the distance between the set top box and the second television is too far, HDMI cables get very expensive at longer lengths. it may be worth obtaining an HDMI CAT5 extender. Depends entirely on what release of PS3 you have, the original releases could play most ps2 games... the new ones can't also the old ones would burn hols in the disc because the laser was so powerful and it had to be to run both ps3 and ps2 games
