Stampin' Up has their own factory in which they manufacture their own stamps in Kanab, Utah.
Not really, though it is possible it might go through. It would fit the definition of irregular shape. It would mess up the mail handling machines and would probably rip the envelope and they would get lost. A padded envelope or small box would be better.
