That depends on how it is dated. If it is part of a stamp design, it might be much newer and celebrated an anniversary. If it is a cancellation, it might have some value. Consult a good stamp catalog to identify the specific variety.

There is usually one up for auction at stamp auction sites. Most stamp stores would have some to sell. The mint ones are much more expensive than the used ones and they vary widely in condition since they are so old.
