How can you handle problems and stress?
People deal with stress in so many different ways.
-Tackle the problem causing your stress (for example if it's a test, study)
-Write down a list, maybe of things to do (you'll feel better having a plan) or maybe about what is causing your stress (then you can begin to find a way to let it go)
If you can't deal with the problem, you need to let it go. It's no good to get worked up when there is really nothing you can do about it (except try not to be put in that situation again).
-Find something that is calming to you (I like a good book, or Disney movie)
-Let out some emotions (I like music, or dancing)
-Exercise, it really does wonders
