I used to use it on my face before I bought the one made for the face. It never did me any harm - just make sure you dont spray it on your face! I would spray some on my hands and then blend it over my face, taking care around the eyebrows and hairline. Then go wash your hand thoroughly. After that spray onto the body remembering the back of the hands, avoiding the palms. Good luck! =)
