That question alone cannot really be answered as the other classes in TF2 simply DON'T HAVE real names because there simply is no history behind their identity, unlike the Engineer or Demoman. Therefore they are not mentioned in TF2 history and have no "real" names.

What is the best load-out for Medic in Team Fortress 2?
It all depends of your taste. These are my personal recommendations.
Primary: If you're experienced with aiming, I'd recommend "Crusader's Crossbow". If not, I'd use "The Overdose"
Secondary: This is the most important slot. Personally, I prefer the default Medigun. However, The Quick Fix is a great Medigun for quick healing, though not suitable unless there is another medic with another Medigun equipped as it is hard to "push" your team with it.
Kritzkrieg is good for clearing out clusters of people. I'd also recommend using this Medigun for Mann Vs. Machine.
Melee:
The Übersaw is my personal favorite. If you're in a hassle, simply strike it a few times and your Übercharge is ready. The Vita-Saw is also a great melee weapon. It saves up to 19% of your Übercharge if you die. This melee weapon is banned for most compedative tournaments.

I'm not 100% sure this will work, but its a pretty good guess.
Start your own server on a map with _event at the end, preferably koth_viaduct_event. You can also do this on any other map. Press the tilde key "~" to open the developer console. If this doesn't work, look at your advanced keyboard options and turn the console on. Once you are in the console, type "sv_cheats 1" (without quotes) then, type "tf_forced_holiday 2" (again, no quotes).
The rest should play out from there. Yes, this is cheating, but it's the only way to play the old Halloween games. I haven't tested this yet, so I can't guarantee it will work, but it should. If you really want to play Halloween games, maybe you should wait until next Halloween.
