There is no Pegasus in Oblivion, the one that the previous answer was talking about is a unicorn, not Pegasus. It is very white and while attack if a weapon is drawn even if you basically own it. The location is called Harcane Grove. The unicorn is protected by three leveled enemies called 'Minotaurs of the Grove.' It is tied to Hiricine's Deadric Quest. If you partake in the quest, you have to kill the unicorn and bring its horn to Vajhira, which is the Deadric Prince. Hope this helped!

It is a very high-elevated rock on a mountain side with a small camp and is multi-purposeful. When you stand near the point of the rock, you will be given a majority of explorable locations that are within a 1-2 mile radius. Another purpose that people use it for is killing the adoring fan either by making him run off, paralyzing him to fall to his death, or just hitting/shooting him with a weapon.

Torches are found almost everywhere. you can find them in caves, boxes/storage containers and in many other places. i run into a torche almost every time i go into a cave or into some ruins. ruins are the best place to find equipment and such. lots of stuff reside among these ruins. however, most of them are filled with creatures. hope this can help, ianswergoodones
