That is a difficult question to answer... I cannot give you a list seeing as there are lots of enchanted items you will find that can fortify magika. the easiest way to get them is to simply make them. you can go into the arcane university and in one of the buildings there is an alter of enchanting (two actually, they look like those stands that you put music on so you can read the notes off the book and play them, except they are golden) and if you have soul gems that are filled then you can enchant armor. However, you can only enchant once and should not waste any armor by doing a low quality or harmful enchantment.

The only accessable Dark Brotherhood sanctuary in the game is the one in Cheydinhal and the Black Hand does not meet in any specific place.

First of all, you need thw Shivering Isles expansion pack. If you don't even have that, I highly recommend you obtain it one way or another. To answer your question,it's in the Shivering Isles, barely north of the 'O' in Overlook Road.

The 'nude patch' makes the body nude, underneath their clothing and armour. In the unmodded game, if you remove a character's gear completely, they will still have some kind of underwear on, this is not an item and not removable in-game. The nude patch removes these garments, so the body is nude. It is not intended to make all characters walk around completely naked, though I suspect there is a patch to do that.

You actually can, with the Shivering Isles expansion. An orc will give you his half-dead-looking dog. Sadly, unless you work very hard at keeping the dog alive, it will die.

No, although you can get people to like you a lot, you can't get into relationships or anything like that.

Well, there are many mods for everything in oblivion. Other than the gifts from the deagric shrines, the rebuilding of Kvatch is most common.

There isn't one. There is only weakness to fire, frost, shock, magic, and normal weapons spells in oblivion. There is a weakness to disease spell in Morrowind, i think.

There is currently no way to duplicate anything, except the Oghma Infinium and armor

It depends on what kind of flower you are talking about. If it just a planter, then you can find them on graves and in most houses. If you are talking about ingredients (loose), then you can find them in caves and you can also buy them from Alchemists and Alchemy shops. But if you are talking about ingredients( on plant), then you can find them anywhere, depending on the type of flower/plant.
