Some NPC's aren't possible to become friends with for they don't do anything but say something if you click on them. However, many others will become friends with you if you do something for them. A side quest mainly. They may want you to get something for them, clear a place out, kill an enemy, anything. When you complete the quest they will be grateful, give you a reward, and you are friends. Being friends though, doesn't do anything though. The only beneficial thing is you can take certain things from their home, and they won't call the guards out at you. Usually gold. They usually always let you take their gold.
You might consider Bosmer or Khajiit, the former gets +10 Archery +5 Lockpicking, Sneak and Pickpocket, the latter gets +10 Sneak, +5 Archery, Lockpicking, One-Handed and Pickpocket (amongst others).
Lockpicking and One-Handed rise easily (more easily than Archery) under normal use, you wouldn't want to waste a racial bonus on these, honestly.
Smithing is incredibly easy to train to 100. Again, not much point wasting a racial bonus on it.

Where is the persuade option in Skyrim?
The approval meter from Morrowind and Oblivion has been removed completely, you only get the option to persuade, bribe, lie, etc, in specific circumstances.
So for example, at one point you see a mercenary walking on a road close to Morthal. You can ask him what's up, and he says he can't really say. One reply would be like this,
"Are you sure? It'd save me a lot of trouble (Persuade)" and if you choose this, it does a test on your speech skill to see if the persuade attempt works. Some attempts might work automatically.
But most of the time, the conversations with people will not have a diplomacy option like that.

Now that is interesting! Considering that there is no set method of becoming a Necromancer, you will need to improvise. Also, considering that you will want high conjuration and destruction, I will suggest two races.
The Breton, which has 25% resistance to magic, +10 Conjuration and the spell "Conjure Familiar". The Breton is human-like and great for Mage-based characters
The Dark Elf (Dunmer), which has Resist fire 50%, "Ancestor's Wrath", +10 in Destruction and "Sparks"
Well, if you are going to be a Evil Necromancer, I suggest the Dunmer as it just looks more evil and bad-ass though the Breton has some bonuses that could help you out more.
Honestly, its all about the look, if you want a human-like or Dark-Elf, as the spells they start with can be purchased anyways.

How do you get married to Aela the huntress in skyrim?
To marry her you must finish all the companion's missions before hand and become the leader of the companions. Then you must have the Amulet of Mara from Riften's priests of Mara (found other places but this is the easiest) for two hundred gold. Wear the amulet and talk to her for new conversation threads and you can marry her.
It should be noted that marriage is kind of glitchy. Make sure you Save beforehand, so that you won't end up getting stuck. There's various bugs that may occur before, during, and a bit after the ceremony.

Somewhere there is a cheat for sim teenagers to get married, but without it teenagers can not get married.Allthough they can move into a house together.All you have to do is first move them in with their parents then have their parents moveout of the house and leave the teenagers.

Where is the dragon priest shrine in skyrim?
