If you play on the PlayStation or Xbox, creating a witch is difficult, as they will all attack you. On PC you can add yourself to the Hagraven faction and live with witches, hagravens and/or Forsworn, but the code to become a Hagraven is a bit buggy and unplayable.

You can find the entrance just west of Falkreath, under the road, but you can't enter without the correct password. To start the dark brotherhood, go to windhelm and in the east side, there's a little boy who mentions that Aventis Arentino or something is doing the black sacrement, blah blah blah go in the house accept the contract. When you kill the target, go to sleep (in a bed) and the dark brotherhood will find you.

This is a technical glitch on your behalf.
It may be caused by lack of save space on your HDD. Or, if you play on the PC, it could be caused by a low-quality graphics card or outdated Java.
If the latter is the case, check the website of your PC manufacturer for graphic driver updates. And check the Java website to make sure you have the latest version of Java.
If you have low save space on your HDD, clear some unnecessary, unneeded game files from games you no longer play.
