you do not beat the whole temple as a kid. you go to the temple as an adult, get the warp song and then go to the temple of time to become a kid. play the song and go back to the spirit temple. you will me the head gypsy and she will tell you that through the little passage will be the silver gauntlets and to retrieve them for her.
