Several models of this watch have different combinations to change the date and time. So i would advice you to take your watch to a titan showroom or where you bought the watch. I had the same problem with my watch so i did the following steps

1. Press and hold the set switch usually on the bottom left side of the watch.

2. When the seconds starts blinking press the mode switch and go to the desired area you want to adjust.

3. To adjust the date/time press the adjust switch.

4. To return to normal time press the set switch once.

I have one of these watches and have enjoyed it for years. Start by looking at the watch, and note the four push buttons on the sides. Push the one at the lower right, at about four o'clock on the watch face and hold it in for a few seconds. The display should say "hold to set". Then you will have the time displayed, with the seconds blinking. Press the upper right hand button to start seconds back to zero. The press the lower left button and the hours will begin blinking. Press the upper right hand button and advance one at a time through the hours until the current hour appears. Continue to follow this same pattern for minutes, month, day of week, day of month, etc. After you have all of the things set to the current settings, hit the lower right hand button once more to leave the setting mode and return to the regular display mode. After you experiment with the watch for as few minutes, you will begin to find the setting to be quite straight forward and logical. To set the date on a Timex T276B clock radio, start by pressing the "Time/Date" button on the top of the clock. Use the "Hour" and "Minute" buttons to adjust the date. Press the "Time/Date" button again to confirm the date setting.

This one was confusing for me also. It has a push in crown. Not a winding crown ( or a crown that will turn). What I did is, get a paper clip or something small that you can push the button crown in with. Hold it in gently until the minute hand starts moving. It will be slow at first. It eventually speeds up. This takes approximately 5-10 seconds. Set it on your desired time then stop pushing.

Note, when changing the battery, make sure you do not loose that push in crown. It is not screwed into anything. It seems to be held in place once the back case is snapped back in place. It’s sneaky so use extra caution when opening this case up.

Sorry, these directions are kinda confusing, but its hard to explain these things.

On the timex E tide, the crown has two positions, when you pull it out. The first position is for setting the tide. Pull the crown out to the first position and you should hear a small beep and the tide/temp hand will move to the 12 and 6 o'clock position. The red end of the hand should be at he 12 o'clock position, by default; this is the indicating end of the hand (for temp and tide). Now, use the buttons above or below the crown button to move the red end of the hand left or right around the dial, to the current tide. Once you have that set, push in the crown and check the tide. Push the button below the crown (tide button) and the tide/temp hand should move round to the tide time, you just set (with the red end of the hand marking the tide time)

SETTING THE TIME.

Press [L2] to move through the modes. When the time display flashes, you are in the correct mode to set the time. The hours first, then the minutes and seconds.

Press [R1] to advance the numbers, [R2] to go to the next.

Press [L2] to save your settings. [L1] is not used; it's the light.

SETTING THE DATE AND DAY. After setting the time (seconds flashing) push [R2] to move though time, backwards, to date, [R1] to set day, [R2] to move to month [R1] to set the month. Push [R2] to get to the day of the week, then [R1] to change. [L2] to end.

I bought my Timex watch in 1999. It's 2012 now, and it still goes strong. It uses CR2012 battery, which is not manufactured (but I can buy on ebay). It has a steel bezel and steel band.

Go to the alarm and hit the top right button the one that says start/stop and hit until the ALM goes away on the bottom.CH means it will beep every hour. So do get rid of that you just keep clicking until the one you want to dissapear.
what you do is press the mode button twice or until you see AL in the corner. then you press start/stop once then the alm at the bottom will go off and if you want it to not chime or ch press start/stop again. now press set and you are done!!! THANK YOU!!!
