If you have autobots version, you have to be a jet to reach a balcony in the second bonus level. The balcony is at the begining with those deep pit traps that kill you if you aren't in jet mode. Just walk a few steps and vioila! A disk of Soundwave!

Michaela is not in TF3 because megan fox quit. Rosie huntington whitely replaced her as carly, she doesn't die though.

You can find Soundwave in places like eBay, Amazon, and I think in stores. A few years back a lot of old G1 toys were put back on the market, and Soundwave was one of them. Although, they are quite expensive (usually the releases ranged from 50 to 80 bucks when I found them!), so you might want to try eBay first.
