yes ugc recognised!but few degrees are fake like AICTE /NCTE nursing council)DEC ETC CAUSE FOR SUCH DEGrees R Required the councils approval as per supreme court order.it is mandatory. if the university says they r giving it through ugc then the councils are approved by ugc so u cannot give such degrees.
yes if they says or put up proposal for the said degrees before the concils then kindly asked for copy of the said document. as per supreme court judgement case of yashpal vs state of chattisgarh and if taking the reference of the case the cmj university deegrees are only meant for mr chandra mohan jha.pvt companys.if the registrar show u the proposal letter given by her to the ugc for dec approval or ncte then she is playing with the system as she is fully matured women knows that dec is approved by dec council joint commitee n for ncte the regional office is bhubaneswar/and centre head is in delhi. so please kindly dont go easy on anything think logically. no degrees r deegree when it is not approved by the needed councils or technical councils. if u want the fact please log on www.supreme court judgement. and see the case no 19 of 2004 yashpal vs chattisgarh. then u will never join such university although ba ma deegrees r recognized. come n see the verdict of supreme court. thanks
