UFC currently classifies fighters based on their weight. There are currently 8 weight classes for Male Fighters. The weight classes with their maximum allowed weight are as follows:

a. Flyweight - 125 pounds

b. Bantamweight - 135 pounds

c. Featherweight - 145 pounds

d. Lightweight - 155 pounds

e. Welterweight - 170 pounds

f. Middleweight - 185 pounds

g. Light Heavyweight - 205 pounds

h. Heavyweight - 265 pounds

For female fighters, as of now, there is only one weight class which is the Bantamweight class.
