Why don't people believe in aliens?
Various reasons. Some may be religious, some may be due to a limited understanding of life. The only justified reason is that there is no evidence. I personally believe in extraterrestrial intelligence, but I comlpetely understand if others don't based on lack of evidence.

Space aliens may have already made contact with us, there is no way to know for certain that they have not. The chances are good that they haven't, since they can travel through space, and that seems to indicate an advanced society. Therefore, an advanced society might not want to contact us at our stage of development. We after all, are a fairly worrisome group when we need to be. They might be waiting for us to reach a level of intelligence greater than we are now, so we would have a better understanding of their technology. Maybe they would want to wait for us to obtain some unknown level of social understanding, so we could adapt to their society easier. It may be a matter of simply, we are not who they were seeking, or we are, and they came only to watch. There are many reasons that a far advanced race, capable of traveling the stars might not contact humans, each stranger than the first. But don't forget that they might be your next door neighbors, and would we really know. If they are truly space aliens, then we have no way of guessing, and we might be talking to them now.

"UFO"s are real, and have been observed from many locations over many years.
"UFO" is the acronym for "Unidentified Flying Object". Thousands of people have seen things
in the sky that they couldn't identify. Therefore, since the observer in each case had no idea
what they were seeing, each one was, by definition, an unidentified flying object, or UFO.
And that's as far as you can go with it. If the question is asking about UFOs as spaceships,
things from outer space, carrying space aliens, abducting humans, there has never been a
shred of credible evidence of any of those things that stood up to serious examination.
Now, let's get serious. There are no aliens known to exist, just a bunch of anecdotes, and no matter how high you stack anecdotes, they never become evidence. They may have evolved beyond the need for what we call food. Food intake and exhaust are ( consider the recent toilet overhaul on space station) a gravid problem in space travel beyond the one-night stand. This would make sense, as would some form of suspended animation in transit.

There may be. odd out-of-place artifacts on Luna have long been a staple of science fiction. one old tv-movie had astronauts finding dinosaur fossils in rock-which postulates at some time in the prehistoric past the moon had both an atmosphere and life. oTther more sinister objects may have been sighted and/or recovered. the Lem had a cargo bay in the upper stage, the moon rover (vehicle) was abandoned, but other stuff couold have been taken home as in geological field trips!
