Is it possible for a 7 year old female to get a bladder infection When she goes to the bathroom it burns?

yes It sounds like a yeast infection -- if she's just been on antibiotics they say you have a greater chance at getting yeast infections. Try a little cinnamon sprinkled on her breakfast or on chocolate milk/hot chocolate, it is a natural astringent and yeast hate it. Ever since adding cinnamon I haven't had any yeast infections for a couple of years now. (used to get them frequently);it has helped me greatly. Of course you should check with your doctor (in case it is something more serious)-- but if they put her on more antibiotics and it recurs later then definitely use cinnamon.

History: typical pain, fever, nausea, vomiting, pain with urination, urinary frequency, history of kidney/bladder problems in the past, current pregnancy, diabetes

Vitals: BP, pulse, temperature

in-house labs: urine dip

exam: costovertebral angle tenderness, abdominal palpation, possibly others depending on clinical scenario

All situations are different, and the history will guide the examination and testing.

What does it mean your pee smells and is very yellow?

My advice for this is to drink more. This is the first thing anyone would say to you.

When we keep ourselves hydrated the water that we excrete makes our urine a lighter colour and less odour.

Try to aim to drink 2 litres of water a day. If your problem still is not solved please contact your GP.

I hope this helps
