Well first of all 2007 was 72 years after 1935. It is not possible for a 2007 five dollar bill to have around 72 years before it was made.

All modern US bills (1-100 dollars) since 1925 follow the dimensions of 2.61 inches wide by 6.14 inches long. Therefore your 20 dollar bill, unless pre 1925 follows these dimensions.

Only FRN's are printed today, using green seals.

It's an ordinary bill that's been altered with Dan Marino's picture. They sell for a few dollars in novelty and sports shops. Banknote collectors consider these bills and similar (Elvis, Santa Claus, George Bush, etc.) to be altered items so they have no numismatic value, but a collector of football-themed items may be willing to pay a small amount for it.
